There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

3.2 You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements or concepts without express written permission from MaddieSells.

4. Warranty and Liability

4.1 MaddieSells provides the Product “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. Neither MaddieSells nor its suppliers or licensors make any warranty that the Product will be error-free or that access will be continuous or uninterrupted.

4.2 In no event will MaddieSells, its suppliers, or licensors be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1 These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and MaddieSells concerning the Product.

5.2 If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.

5.3 MaddieSells reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

6. Mobile Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive automated and non-automated transactional and informational messages from Hustle Princess LLC.

Messages may include but are not limited to:
• Course updates and account notifications
• Live masterclass reminders
• Event reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Order and enrollment confirmations

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
